| the idea behind :
by accident (& the evil spot/up rough) brought back to the amiga ascii scene
in 2010 zito - formely under 1oo%, layout, scarab etc. - realized that the
only missing thing at the great ascii portal asciiarena.com is the
possibility to download all collies by a group or individual (or even the
whole asciiarena in case of an oldskool hd-crash) with one click instead of
digging through this otherwise amazing database.
so when he was checking his own archives and some cds lying around in his amiga
floppy boxes and crawling the internet for some more collies he could upload at
asciiarena to gain some credits and even become one of the top5uploaders, he
got his hands on a cd named "legends #1 - amiga ascii cd" done by contra!
wayback in time. and he said to himself: great idea! lets put this to nowadays
standards by updating, dupe-checking, add-strapping and so on.
and here we are going to get an archive downloadabel by one click (or you
can order by snailmail a cd/dvd if you like) with all the collies online at
asciiarena PLUS other internet sources plus private & old scene sources to
make the mightiest & most complete amiga ascii collections collection for
you available in the new millenium.
